         Hello Natasha 

How did you get started in business?   I have a very busy mind and lots of self motivation it felt very natural to run my own business. I wanted to be in charge of my own working hours as well as which treatments I could offer, which products I could stock and be sure that I was offering the best customer service possible. 

What's your career and training background?  My career as a professional therapist began in 2002 when I qualified with a NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy. I have since added Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, and Acrylic Nails to my repertoire! I am also Clarins trained.

How long have you been running your business?  I have been trading as Tranquility Beauty by Natasha since 2013, but have actually been running my own business since 2002. In fact I have set up and started again three times during my career due to relocation- I love to move !                                                                                                                                                              

What were the biggest challenges you have faced?  Moving house 3 times and setting up AGAIN! Staying positive, focused and happy to have the choice of my own career.                                               

What have been your biggest achievements to date?  Other than meeting my wonderful husband and having my beautiful children. From a business perspective I would say being able to start Tranquility Beauty by Natasha again in Malvern, which is such a beautiful part of the country and to be so successful within a year. It is better than I could ever have imagined. That comes from my determination and also my family’s support.                                                    

How did Charlie Locks become a part of all this?  A chance phone call from Julie.. I answered the phone and just connected with her personally and instantly. There was no pressure to buy in bulk...no pressure when to buy at all ...I was allowed me to make the decision to buy in my own time, and more importantly when the time was right for my business. In my case this was about 9 months - We kept in touch via social media ! I started slowly and as my business has grown I've taken Charlie Locks with me. 

What made you take the plunge with a new brand?  The fact that Julie had founded the product herself. It was so personal, the name, her passion for the product was real. We had a similar Clarins background and the same idea of which ingredients should go into products. Julie chooses ingredients with a real feel good factor that would appeal to a wide range of clienteles. The products themselves are both gentle and extremely effective, but most of all a product range that was not confusing to clients.   

It also really helped that Charlie Locks sent me a very generous amount of sample product which enabled me to gain feedback from my clients to ensure that it would be something that my particular clients would love as well as me.  Another huge plus is, of course, that I love the products and it instantly attracts people because my skin has become so flawless since using Charlie Locks...I'm my own walking advert . Even at the school gates when collecting my children I get asked 'how do you get your skin to look like that?' - Only one answer Charlie Locks Professional Skin Care xx
What is your best selling product?  My best selling product is probably the Boost & Glow Hydrating Mask with Rose, Immortelle and Hyaluronic Acid. Alongside  the Gentle peeling cream with Lemon and Mandarin. Then my own personal favourite the Deep Cleansing Balm…I am particularly in love with this luxurious and indulgent Cleanser!!! 
And your plans for the future?  To continue to provide the best beauty treatments that I can, and strive to provide utter tranquility. To continue producing Charlie Locks Bespoke Facials and introducing these wonderful products to my clients. We have plans to put up a heated summer house in our back garden, and I want it to be displaying Charlie Locks Logos and to smell of the products when my clients walk through the door.

I love my job and I love that I have the choice to provide whatever I feel is the best and most effective treatments for my clients….My plan is to continue and to welcome more and more clients through the door offering the best service I can with the best products that I can….Charlie Locks x
